Mountain Song

A cozy, allegorical, contemporary fantasy comic about giving a voice to those who've been silenced.

12-year-old Freya and her mum move up into the mountains hoping for a new beginning, but Freya is haunted by a melody only she can hear floating through the valley. Following the song, Freya discovers the wounded spirit of the mountain, silenced by decades of human interference and mining.Mountain Song centres on the theme of ecofeminism and has some implied exploration of abuse.New pages every Thursday, starting November 27th 2025!

About the Artist - Lilli Bailey

I'm a 17 year old artist from Australia. My work is influenced by my love for fantasy worlds and Dungeons and Dragons. Mountain Song is my debut webcomic project, and I hope to make many more in the future!
